you are comfortable operating as a trusted counterpart to senior stakeholders, combining strong IT Project Management with consulting capability and industrial understanding.What We Are Looking For10+ years of relevant IT Project Management experience, with proven end-to-end delivery ownershipStrong consulting background with client-facing experience, with recent exposure to consulting environmentsStrong experience in industrial/manufacturing environmentsProject Management experience involving application/system integrationProven ownership of scope, budget, timeline, governance, RAID and escalationsExperience with SAP/S4HANA, MES, PLM, CRM or other manufacturing applicationsExperience leading international and distributed/offshore teamsStrong practical knowledge of structured PM methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, Agile or hybrid approachesConfidence in working directly with clients and senior stakeholdersExcellent structured communication, synthesis and active listeningFull professional fluency in English (C2 level), both written and verbal****Must be based in Spain.
