You lead electrical design and implementation for complex warehouse automation projects in Southern Europe, shaping scalable solutions from concept to handover. You work with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery. The role blends technical leadership with hands-on design, commissioning, and problem-solving in a dynamic, international environment. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead electrical engineering scope across full project lifecycle for automated warehouses and material handling systems
• Design and specify electrical systems, power distribution, control panels, and field devices per standards
• Create electrical schematics, control diagrams, and network architectures (Industrial Ethernet, PROFINET, PROFIBUS, AS-i)
• Develop design packages: installation drawings, cabling specs, assembly instructions, manufacturing docs
• Coordinate electrical interfaces with controls, mechanical, suppliers, and software partners
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery meeting customer requirements and quality standards




• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders
• Support commissioning, troubleshooting, testing, and validation activities
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and safety requirements

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Several years of experience in electrical engineering within warehouse automation or intralogistics
• Strong knowledge of power distribution and industrial electrical design
• Experience with industrial networks: PROFINET, PROFIBUS, AS-i, Industrial Ethernet
• Proficient in EPLAN and AutoCAD
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders in an international project
• Native Spanish speaker with good English
• Strong communication, collaborative mindset, pragmatic, and results-oriented
• Willingness to travel internationally up to ~5%
