This is a great opportunity for you, join Alpega, with over 35 years in the business and with clients worldwide.The position can be based in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona.ABOUT THE ROLEAnalysis of existing Freight Procurement processes of the customer and advising the customer regarding the potential for optimization in combination with the TMS ProductAdoption of the specialist requirements of the customerMeasurements/ key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction/standing with the customer, number of consulting days sold, and proportion of standard features/prevention of individual customer solutionsLeading/presenting professional workshopsTraining in customer-specific solutions, implementation,



and configuration of the SolutionStructured documentation of processes and system configurationSupport in the sales processProvider of input for the Product Owners regarding standard solutions and/or with the development of the draft SolutionsSupport in the testing and creation of test cases, etc.Accompanying the UAT and go-liveAccompanying the support in the ongoing operational issuesWHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOUGood understanding of logistics/supply chain processes/ transportation logistics/ freight-forwardingHaving a background or knowledge in procurement and tender management will be advantageous, with special considerationKnow-how with interfaces and/or software solutionsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment with an agile mindset & team working abilitiesSelf-motivated and able to work in a remote environmentStrong communication and presentation skills in English.
