Competitive salary packageYour ResponsibilitiesDeliver outstanding customer support in Arabic and English via multiple communication channels.Assist clients with advertising campaign-related inquiries and account support.Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely, effective solutions.Support customers in optimizing their digital advertising experience.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.Maintain accurate records while meeting service quality standards.RequirementsArabic: Native/C2 proficiency (Egyptian, Jordanian, or UAE dialects preferred).English: B2/C1 proficiency or higher.Experience in Paid Campaign Management is required.Degree in Marketing or a related field.Previous experience in Digital Marketing.Experience in a Contact Centre or supporting an Advertising Technology project is highly preferred.Good understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Interested?
