About the Opportunity
JamesEdition is the world's largest luxury marketplace. Since 2008 we have connected high-net-worth buyers with the finest real estate, yachts, cars and watches, and today we reach 2.5M monthly visitors from more than 200 countries. We are hiring an Account Executive for our Madrid office. You will sell to the world's leading luxury real estate agencies, working in an international team that moves fast.

Role Overview
You will turn qualified opportunities into signed partnerships with real estate agencies around the world. Our BDR and marketing teams bring you a steady flow of leads, and you add to it with your own prospecting. You run discovery, build the proposal, negotiate and close. Once a deal is signed you hand the client over to our Account Management team. The role is 100% B2B; there are no B2C sales responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will be to:
• Run discovery and demo calls with real estate agencies, working leads from our SDR and marketing teams alongside pipeline you generate yourself.

• Understand each agency's business, market and goals,



and build a proposal that fits.

• Present the value of JamesEdition's integral buyer audience with confidence and data.

• Negotiate terms and close deals, hitting monthly and quarterly targets.

• Hand over new clients smoothly to Customer Success, setting them up for a strong start.

• Keep accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM (HubSpot) so pipeline and forecasts can be trusted.
