You'll support the delivery of content management projects for general clients while gaining exposure to XML, AI-assisted content creation, automation, publishing workflows and enterprise content management systems.You’ll work alongside experienced specialists in an international environment where continuous learning and process improvement are encouraged.What you´ll do:Content Conversion & Processing:Coordinate multiple conversion projects while managing competing priorities and deadlinesPrepare, convert and validate customer content for import into our CCMSExecute and monitor automated content conversion processes using specialized conversion scriptsVerify the quality and accuracy of converted content before deliveryDevelop and maintain a calendar of conversion projects, communicating scheduling conflicts or resource constraints to ManagementContent Management:Import content into the GlobalLink CCMS platform and ensure successful processingValidate incoming content to confirm completeness and prevent duplicationInvestigate processing issues and identify the root causes of conversion or import errorsMaintain accurate records of completed work and project statusQuality Assurance:Generate pseudo-translated content for testing purposesProduce output files and compare them against source documents using PDF comparison toolsIdentify formatting or content regressions and prepare certification reportsEnsure content meets quality standards before publicationAI & Process Improvement:Create,
