What you will do in this role In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet. As a Consumer Sales Representative on our team, you will:
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
- Articulate the HP Store value proposition and act as POC for HP customers
- Reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary
- Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow up and resolution
- Fast and effective response and resolution of incoming customer enquiries regarding sales, procucts or additional services
- Handle and close inbound customer querries to achieve quarterly quota
- Outbound activties when necessary to recover orders or convert quotes or execute targeted campaigns.
- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound
- Ability to ask the right questions to identify customer needs
- Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline
- Login all customer contacts in the CRM system in us
