Ethos is seeking experienced directors of operations to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This remote, adaptable engagement targets 4+ years in operations management, capacity planning, or continuous improvement to design, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across core workflows.
Work is fully remote, 5-20 hours per week (more if desired), with compensation of $70 per hour and ASAP start.
