Responsibilities * Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing subscription sales * Build and grow your own portfolio of customers within the Dutch market * Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling and other outreach channels * Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day * Qualify leads and identify new business opportunities * Deliver engaging online product demonstrations * Guide prospects through free trials * Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close new subscriptions * Ensure a smooth handover of new customers to the Customer Experience team * Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline * Achieve and exceed KPIs related to: o Outbound activity o Calls completed o Product demonstrations o Trial-to-paid conversions o Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)



Requirements * Native or bilingual Dutch * Fluent English (spoken and written) * 1–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in: o Account Executive o Business Development Representative (BDR) o Sales Development Representative (SDR) o Telesales o Outbound Sales o Call Centre Sales * Previous cold-calling experience is essential * Comfortable making 80–100 outbound calls every day * Proven ability to close sales and achieve ambitious targets * KPI-driven and results-oriented mindset * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Experience managing the full sales cycle is an advantage * Must already be legally residing in Spain * Flexibility to work in alignment with the US time zone when required #J-18808-Ljbffr
