As a Corporate Operations Trainee ,



you’ll play a key role in supporting our Corporate Operations team for the EMEA region , contributing to strategic initiatives and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic hospitality environment.
You’ll work alongside professionals, gaining exposure to cross-functional teams and building a deep understanding of how we drive operational excellence across more than 1,100 hotels in EMEA & APAC.

What will you learn and experience?

Corporate Insight & Strategy
- Learn how corporate operations support and influence hotel-level performance across the region
- Understand how operational excellence initiatives are monitored, secured, and implemented
- Gain exposure to key business metrics, processes, and audits used to assess and improve hotel operations
