Sr HR Functional Analyst - Total Rewards (m/f/d)

In This Role You Will

• Engage with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for HR systems and solutions.
• Analyze, design, and optimize HR processes such as compensation, performance management, learning & development, and benefits administration.
• Test new requirements before going live.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other business applications.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or system changes to increase efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including functional specifications,



process flows, and user guides.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and working with technical teams for resolution.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Monitor system performance and generate reports/analytics to support HR decision-making.

Work Experience

Your Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, HRIP) is an asset.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR systems analysis, HRIS administration, business analysis, or a related area within HR operations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with major HRIS platforms (such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, ServiceNow);.
