EL Sales Support Manager - Technical Sales Support
Your Role And Responsibilities
We are now looking for a Technical Marketing Manager to join our team in the Distribution Solutions division in Vaasa, Finland. The location for this position will be Madrid, Spain. As a Technical Marketing Manager, you will act as the primary technical counterpart for selected customer accounts and market segments. You will lead technical pre-sales activities from specification review and solution definition through customer presentations, training and approval processes.
As a Technical Marketing Manager, you will also develop partnerships with selected customers in collaboration with Business Development Managers. Additionally, you will convey customer needs,
product gaps and market trends to Product Management, helping to shape future product development. Note that the role will also include integral travel, approximately 50 days per year, depending on business needs and how you organize your work.
Work Model
This role is contributing to the Distribution Solutions division in Vaasa, Finland.
Main stakeholders are customers in dedicated accounts, factory Business Development Managers, Product Management, Technical Support and R&D.;
You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
• Acting as the primary technical counterpart for assigned accounts and strategic sales opportunities
• Serving as the technical lead in large tenders, frame agreements and product approvals
• Delivering technical presentations on our product portfolio and applications for prospective and existing customers
• Leading and conducting factory acceptance tests (FATs) for assigned customer acco
