Description du poste Your Responsibilities You will manage your activity across three key areas: Business Development * Prospect and develop new industrial accounts * Identify your clients' technical and business needs * Build and grow your own client portfolio * Negotiate and close commercial agreements * Develop long-term relationships with existing clients Recruitment & Management * Identify and recruit engineering consultants for client projects * Build and develop your own team of consultants * Support consultants throughout their assignments * Ensure a high level of client and consultant satisfaction Business Management * Manage your revenue and margins * Drive the profitability of your business scope * Define and execute your business development strategy * Monitor and analyse your key performance indicators Profil recherché Profile * You have at least 2 years of experience as a Business Manager, Business Developer or in a similar role,
