Internship: Customer Care Support Intern
Support the Customer Care team in its day-to-day operational and administrative activities, contributing to data analysis, reporting, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your role:
- Support the Customer Care team in daily operational and administrative activities, helping to ensure smooth processes and efficient collaboration with different stakeholders.
- Analyze departmental data, identify relevant trends and support the preparation of accurate reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.




- Develop valuable professional experience in a dynamic med-tech environment, strengthening your analytical, communication, organizational and stakeholder-management skills while learning about industry trends and best practices.
