In this role you will contribute to Munich Re's Financial Reinsurance initiative by structuring and pricing complex Life and Health treaties for Southern Europe and Latin America. You will act as a technical reference, deepen market understanding, and collaborate across cross‑functional teams to align with risk appetite and regional priorities. The position offers impact on strategic deals, regional expansion, and ongoing enhancement of pricing and structuring capabilities in a integral context. You will work with a high‑performing team that values innovation, continuous learning, and mutual growth.

• Execute structuring tasks for potential deals in the pipeline
• Develop deep understanding of technical aspects of financial reinsurance treaties
• Serve as technical and structuring reference for the Life and Health unit
• Identify technical improvement areas and define solutions




• Build robust knowledge of local Life and Health markets in the region
• Challenge status quo and propose viable alternatives
• Establish and manage an internal expert network
• Collaborate with Risk Management to ensure alignment with risk appetite
• Drive internal and external positioning with stakeholders
• Participate in regional/global projects and working groups

Responsabilidades
• Sound technical university degree with an economic or mathematical focus
• +10 years of professional experience in insurance/reinsurance actuarial valuation
• Professional actuarial qualification and/or experience is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of xghoner IFRS17 and Solvency II, and structuring of capital management solutions
• Practical experience in project management
• Excellent collaboration in virtual and international group dynamics
• Result-oriented mindset with out-of-the-box thinking and organizational stre
