As a key driver of innovation for a long-standing partnership, you will translate strategic digital ambitions into viable, high-impact features that bring physical-to-digital play to life. You will work across UX, Tech, and Production to prototype, validate, and scale innovative concepts for the Kinder project. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, product, and client engagement, shaping the future of phygital experiences within a multinational studio environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance ambition with deliverability, delivering data-informed recommendations and clear value propositions.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Analyze client ecosystem, brand strategy, and market trends to identify digital opportunities (e.g., AI tools, phygital integrations)
• Turn innovation concepts into clear value propositions, including scope, milestones, budget estimates, and KPIs
• Support pre-production with hypotheses,



MVP scopes, and validation frameworks
• Coordinate prototype development with UX, Tech, and Production teams
• Define success metrics with Data teams and provide data-driven go/no-go recommendations
• Act as central point of contact for innovation topics, leading workshops and aligning goals with production constraints
• Support client discussions on future evolutions, presenting concepts with ambition balanced by feasible delivery

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years of professional experience in Digital Innovation, Product Strategy, or Digital Agency environment
• Proven expertise in proposal development and pre-sales structuring
• Experience collaborating effectively within cross-functional xghoner product teams
• Previous exposure to AI-driven or interactive technologies (desirable)
• Experience working with prominent international brands (advantage)
• Professional proficiency in English,
