In this ROC Technical Lead role, you ensure safe, efficient operation of offshore wind assets from a remote center. You collaborate with site teams and engineers to diagnose and resolve issues, maintaining turbine reliability across lifecycle. You’ll analyze data, drive continuous improvements, and support commissioning, service, and grid outages as needed. This position puts you at the heart of scalable wind operations with a strong focus on safety and performance. You’ll work in a mission-driven environment accelerating sustainable energy.

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions
• Provide remote diagnostics and troubleshooting to support commissioning and service activities
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information




• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems
• Analyze operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimization
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance
• Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with on-call support during weekends and holidays

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience in the wind energy sector
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines or similar electromechanical systems in operational environments
• Ability to read electrical schematics and xghoner apply them in troubleshooting and field support situations
• Experience with SCADA systems and other digital monitoring tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear technical communication, calm struc
