As Regional Sales Manager Iberia, you will lead the fertility commercial team across Spain and Portugal to drive growth and adoption of CooperSurgical’s fertility portfolio. You will shape regional sales strategies, coach Account Managers and specialists, and build strong relationships with clinics and KOLs. The role combines leadership with cross-functional collaboration to elevate patient outcomes. This is a high-impact opportunity within a global leader in women’s health and fertility.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the Iberia sales team to meet revenue, market share, and AOP targets
• Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and development
• Drive consultative selling, pipeline management, and CRM-driven analytics
• Develop and execute regional growth plans for the Fertility portfolio (consumables, equipment, genetics, services)
• Monitor performance, forecasts,



and market trends; implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Technical Service, and Global Commercial teams on product launches
• Support key account strategy with EMEA and general stakeholders
• Build relationships with fertility clinics, laboratory directors, healthcare professionals, corporate groups, and KOLs
• Participate in meetings, negotiations, and industry events to strengthen market position
• Ensure compliance with policies, ethics, quality, and regulations

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Science, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in the fertility industry
• At least 3 years of people leadership and sales management experience
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding xghoner sales targets
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management
