How to become an asset for our team:

- Manage the branch office and support the team in daily operations
- Set, communicate, and drive individual and team objectives
- Monitor branch performance and ensure budget targets are achieved

- Hire and onboard new employees to support branch growth

- Several years of leadership experience within the freight forwarding and logistics industry
- Strong understanding of transportation and logistics processes
- Experience managing strategically important customers

- Entrepreneurial thinking and strong analytical skills
- Excellent Spanish and English language skills
- Confident, professional, and credible presence
