In this role you drive and close large transformation deals for Capgemini across Europe. You lead pursuit strategy, commercial positioning, and the closing plan while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and executive stakeholders. You will work in a high-impact, international setting to win complex IT and engineering services contracts. This is a visible position with direct exposure to client executives and Capgemini leadership, offering a chance to shape growth through strategic deals.

Responsabilidades
• 12+ years of experience in complex sales, strategic pursuits or large deal leadership
• Proven record of winning transformation contracts in IT services or Engineering Services xghoner
• Experience in international, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to establish credibility quickly with executive decision makers
• Strong commercial leadership and influence without direct authority; ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams
• Determination, risk anticipation and ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
• For Spain and Italy roles, fluency in local language
