Experteer Overview
In this role, you will translate the production plan into short- and mid-term material requirements, ensuring availability and cost-effective supply. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to maintain MRP parameters, and collaborate with suppliers to balance capacity and procurement. Your insights into inventory and risk will support continuous improvement of material planning. This is a hands-on, collaborative role that shapes supply effectiveness within a global organization.

• Translate production plans into mid-long term Material Requirements Plans ensuring material availability based on forecasts
• Maintain MRP parameters, consolidate cross-category needs, and address MRP exceptions aligned with the production plan
• Collaborate with suppliers to support Rough Cut Capacity Planning for material requirements, balancing cost and supply needs
• Assist in material inventory analysis, review policies, track slow-movers, and manage obsoletes
• Maintain manufacturing parameters to support material planning efficiency




• Identify and escalate material sourcing risks or opportunities to stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance material planning processes and performance
• Ensure accurate material ordering in terms of quantity and timing, optimizing order size while minimizing obsoletes

Responsabilidades
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain management (internship or employee)
• Business fluent English and Spanish
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across organizational levels
• Ability to work in a virtual environment
• Open-minded and flexible, adaptable to changes in planning portfolio
• Strong analytical skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel)
• Basic knowledge of MRP planning is an advantage
