We're partnering with a leading automotive group with a growing international B2B business to find a Marketing Growth Manager who will own its marketing strategy and execution from start to finish.
About the role
You'll own marketing for a core international B2B business unit, from strategy through execution. You'll build the roadmap, run the campaigns, set up the automations and report the results that prove it's working. You'll work directly with the Sales Director on lead generation, qualification, conversion and retention. You'll also use AI tools to move faster and go deeper. You'll get clear goals and the freedom to decide how to reach them.
What you'll do
- Set mid- to long-term marketing goals and turn them into a week-by-week execution plan
- Research markets, customers and competitors to shape positioning, segmentation and messaging
- Find growth opportunities and priority segments together with business-unit and Sales leadership




- Run multichannel campaigns (paid, organic, email, social and content) from brief to optimization
- Build and manage marketing automations and lifecycle workflows in HubSpot or a similar tool
- Work with the Sales Director and the sales team on lead generation, qualification and conversion
- Build retention and repeat-business programs that increase customer lifetime value
- Give the sales team the assets, insights and playbooks they need, and see them through to implementation
- Define the KPI method and build the business unit's scorecard
- Report on campaign performance, lead flow and marketing ROI, and share trends without being asked
- Take projects from kickoff to completion and flag risks early

What we're looking for
Must have: fluent English and a strong ownership mindset.
Marketing Experience
- 4–7 years of B2B marketing or growth experience
- End-to-end ownership of at least on
