As part of Boston Scientific's LATITUDE & Neuromodulation Customer Support team, you'll work closely with patients and healthcare professionals across Europe, providing support for innovative medical technologies that help patients manage their health and stay connected with their healthcare teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience within a global healthcare company, develop specialist expertise, and contribute to a purpose-driven mission from day one.
Your responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional support to patients and healthcare professionals through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Guide patients through the setup, use, and troubleshooting of remote monitoring and neuromodulation devices, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Build trusted relationships with customers by providing clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented support.
Educate and train patients and healthcare professionals on Boston Scientific technologies and best practices.
Partner with clinics to improve remote patient management processes.
Investigate and resolve technical and process-related issues,
escalating complex cases when appropriate.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with colleagues across EMEA to share knowledge, solve challenges, and deliver a consistent customer experience.
What we are looking for
- Professional fluency in English, German, and Italian (Dutch is a plus).
- Recent graduate or early-career professional
Customer-focused, empathetic, and passionate about helping others
Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with patients and healthcare professionals by phone and email
Analytical and solution-driven, with a natural ability to troubleshoot issues
Eager to learn and develop expertise in innovative healthcare technologies * Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
