About the Role Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Telecoms Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts in the Queenstown region and surrounding areas. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth for our client's comprehensive range of telecommunications products and services. You will play a key part in expanding market share and fostering strong client relationships within the Eastern Cape. This position utilizes a hybrid model, blending strategic planning and team management with essential in-person client interactions and field visits. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for telecom solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Requirements

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
