Overview

In this role, you will lead the wholesale business for Iberia, steering sustainable growth and profitability across all channels. You will own the commercial strategy, align with adidas’ Game Plan, and contribute to the Iberia Steer Co to shape the zone’s growth. You will build and coach a high-performing sales organization that embraces inclusion and continuous development. This is an opportunity to influence strategic decisions, drive omnichannel success, and strengthen adidas’ market position in Iberia.

Responsabilidades

- Define and execute the Iberia wholesale strategy for sustainable growth and profitability
- Own performance across all customer segments and channels
- Lead business planning, forecasting, investment management, and commercial excellence
- Identify market opportunities and competitive trends to strengthen market position
- Oversee strategic accounts, build executive relationships, and lead top-to-top negotiations
- Drive omnichannel growth and position adidas as a preferred partner
- Lead and develop Sales Directors and Account Operations Lead, fostering high performance
- Build diverse, inclusive, and capable teams with succession planning and development
- Collaborate with Brand, Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, HR to deliver integrated plans




- Represent Wholesale in Iberia Steer Co and influence enterprise-wide decisions

Requisitos principales

- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field
- 12+ years of progressive commercial and sales leadership experience in consumer goods, retail, or sporting goods
- Proven track record leading senior leaders and high-performing teams in complex matrix organizations
- Strong commercial, strategic, and financial acumen including planning, forecasting, and performance management
- Proven success managing strategic customer partnerships and executive negotiations
- Deep understanding of wholesale, omnichannel and digital business models
- Experience operating in international environments and influencing regional/general stakeholders
- Ability to build inclusive teams and foster Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience in sporting goods or fashion is a benefit
- Minimum 5-8 years in relevant industries
- Business or similar degree from a leading academic institution
