Overview

In this role you will collaborate with clients to design, develop and deploy SAP HCM solutions, with a focus on Success Factors. You will translate business needs into SAP requirements and contribute to solution development and deployment. You may work in cross-functional teams across locations, and as you gain experience, lead projects and manage client relationships. This position offers exposure to emerging technologies and a culture of innovation and collaboration that fuels growth.

Responsabilidades

- Participate in development, delivery and maintenance of SAP-based business solutions
- Capture functional and technical requirements and translate them into SAP specifications
- Develop, customize and deploy Success Factors solutions
- Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams (technical, functional,



business) locally and remotely
- Lead and manage projects, including client relationships and coordination with delivery centers
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders

Requisitos principales

- 3–10 years of experience with HCM
- Experience driving functional and systems specifications development
- Fluent English and Spanish for consulting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
