Overview

In this role you will own and optimize Deel's variable incentive framework for all quota-carrying roles, partnering with GTM leadership to align incentives with business goals. You will design scalable compensation programs and governance, leveraging AI to automate processes. You’ll lead a team and drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success, shaping how incentives fuel growth and engagement. Responsabilidades

- Lead the design and administration of variable incentives for all quota-carrying roles in collaboration with CRO, Sales Leads, Rev Ops, and cross-functional partners
- Leverage AI to build scalable tools and automate commissions processes
- Partner with go-to-market leadership to improve business execution through incentive design




- Drive governance and approvals for quotas across variable compensation roles
- Lead a team to deliver against strategic priorities
- Collaborate globally with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years leading in sales compensation, sales operations, revenue operations, or similar in tech companies
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Strong data-driven process design in high-growth environments
- Fluency in sales incentive design (plus)
- Fluency with Salesforce and related sales productivity apps (plus)
- Understanding of SaaS operations and industry standards
- Experience working on global teams and with global stakeholders
- Strong communication and influence skills
- Strategic problem-solving capability
