Overview

As part of Elastic Observability, you will help build an AI-powered SRE platform that learns normal system behavior, generates detection queries, and drives autonomous investigations. You’ll enhance the Kibana UI so engineers can trust and act on agent-driven findings. You’ll shape data pipelines that convert telemetry into meaningful signals and build the multi-agent system that locates root causes and guides remediation. This is a chance to scale autonomous incident response in a cross-functional, real-time environment.

Responsabilidades

- Build user-facing Kibana surfaces to present signals, investigations, and evidence to SREs and engineers
- Develop and refine the multi-agent system used for autonomous investigations and evidence gathering




- Contribute to detection and signal generation by baselining high-cardinality telemetry and creating detection queries
- Help design and implement evaluation infrastructure for agent outputs, including datasets and experiments
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and data scientists to align on scope and methods

Requisitos principales

- 2+ years developing applications with Type Script, React and Node.js
- Experience using AI to accelerate development, debugging, and optimization
- Knowledge of LLM-based systems—agent orchestration, tool use, retrieval, context management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Creative, tech-enthusiast with a keen willingness to learn in a distributed environment
