Overview

In this SAP Success Factors Consultant role, you’ll help design, build, and deploy SAP-based HR solutions for clients in Spain. You will gather requirements, translate them into SAP specifications, and drive development, customization, and delivery. You’ll work with cross-functional teams locally and remotely to ensure client success. The role offers integral collaboration, growth, and the chance to influence multi-industry digital HR programs.

Responsabilidades

- Develop, deliver and maintain SAP Success Factors solutions
- capture functional and technical requirements from clients and translate to SAP specs
- customize and deploy Success Factors modules
- work in multi-disciplinary teams (technical, functional, business)
- lead and manage projects,



financials, and client relationships as needed

Requisitos principales

- 4 - 6 years of experience with Success Factors
- Knowledge of Employee Central, Payroll and/or Recruiting Management
- Experience developing functional and systems specifications
- Excellent English and Spanish on consulting level
- Good communication skills and very good team player
- Occasional travel may be required
