You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where you will design, develop and integrate technological solutions that become an essential part of high-value projects for our customers. WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY ROLE? Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Natural Sciences. At least 5 years of experience in the defense sector within the electronics, electro-optics, or telecommunications industries, in activities related to systems and software development. Technical English at a minimum B2 (Intermediate) level (spoken and written). WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Define, implement, and maintain systems and software quality processes in the organization’s projects. Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. Manage certification and recertification processes, ensuring compliance with applicable quality standards and models. Oversee compliance with industry regulations and standards, including PECAL, EN9115, ISO 12207, DO-178, and DO-254. Conduct quality assurance activities throughout the systems and software development lifecycle. Participate in the verification and validation (V&V;) of products, identifying deviations and promoting corrective and preventive actions. Monitor quality indicators and metrics, prepare progress reports, and propose plans for continuous improvement.



Manage quality risks and promote the early detection of defects to minimize their impact on projects. Support engineering and development teams in applying quality processes, methodologies, and best practices. Collaborate in the planning, monitoring, and review of projects, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives. Administer and provide support for the use of engineering and management tools such as DOORS, Enterprise Architect, Jira, Trac, and testing and validation tools. Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead initiatives Develop, review, and maintain quality documentation associated with projects, products, and processes. Coordinate the management of nonconformities, corrective actions, and lessons learned. Promote a culture of quality and excellence, ensuring the proper application of established procedures throughout the organization. What will you find at Grupo Oesía?
