DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to work closely with the Marketing Manager in planning and executing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, candidate engagement and conversion within an international education environment.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys coordinating campaigns, content and marketing activities across multiple channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring a consistent experience across all candidate touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing plans, coordinating multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
- Develop campaign and content briefs aligned with target audiences, program positioning and business objectives.
- Coordinate organic content, email marketing, nurturing initiatives, website updates, events and campaign assets.
- Work closely with Digital, Paid Media, Brand, Content, CRM and Funnel teams to launch campaigns and ensure a seamless candidate journey.
- Monitor marketing performance,



analyze funnel metrics and prepare reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners and agencies to ensure alignment and timely project delivery.
- Ensure brand consistency and positioning across all marketing initiatives.

What are we looking for in you?

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, advertising, consulting or project coordination.
- Strong written and spoken English. Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders independently.
- A proactive, analytical and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies or partners.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms, digital campaigns and content workflows is a plus.
