Join Westernacher in Spain as an SAP ERP Market Development Lead and help drive the growth of our SAP ERP and S/4HANA business across the region. In this strategic leadership role, you will combine deep SAP expertise, business development capabilities, and customer engagement skills to expand market presence, shape solution strategies, and support customers on their transformation journeys.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

- Lead the development and execution of market growth strategies for SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA services
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
- Drive pre-sales activities, including opportunity qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, estimations, and executive presentations
- Collaborate with consulting, delivery, and leadership teams to define go-to-market approaches and support business expansion initiatives
- Contribute to thought leadership, market visibility, and the continued growth of Westernacher’s SAP practice
- Take on pivotal role such as Project Director or Program Manager to ensure success of delivery projects

Your Expertise:

- Comprehensive understanding of SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA solutions, business processes, and transformation programs
- Background in pre-sales, proposal development
- Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, aligning emerging technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, machine learning) with SAP capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at executive level
- Professional fluency in English & Spanish
- Willingness to travel based on customer and business development requirements
