Purpose of the role:
The Salesforce Marketing Consultant is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing and customer engagement initiatives across inbound and outbound channels. The role combines strong CRM and marketing automation expertise with support for content workflows and cross-functional collaboration with brand, creative, and operational teams.
The ideal candidate understands both the functional and technical aspects of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and enjoys working at the intersection of marketing execution, customer data, and content readiness.
The candidate also acts as a backup Ops Manager to cover the US time zone.

How you'll make an impact:
- Manage and execute small to mid-size CRM and digital campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder;
- Develop, implement, and optimize customer journeys and automated lifecycle programs;
- Support end-to-end campaign execution: briefing, content coordination, segmentation, deployment, QA, and performance review;
- Build, test, and optimize personalized communications and multi-step journeys;
- Perform A/B testing and analyze results to improve engagement and messaging effectiveness;
- Work with customer and marketing data to create segments in Data Cloud, and publish them into various platforms, based on the campaign needs;
- Troubleshoot CRM-related issues (deliverability, data, journeys, automations);
- Provide platform guidance and SFMC best practices to internal teams and markets;
- Contribute to continuous improvement of CRM processes, tools, templates, and workflows.
What makes you a great fit:
- Fluency in English (minimum C1) is mandatory due to integral team interactions;
- 5 years of experience, including:
- 2 years of hands-on experience with SFMC, including Data Cloud (Data 360);
- Any other relevant experience, e.g., Salesforce platform exposure as part of a delivery/project/support team.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud:
- Practical experience with:
- Email Studio (HTML templates, dynamic content, personalization);
- Journey Builder (multi-step journeys, entry sources, decision splits);
- Automation Studio (data imports/exports, SQL queries, automations);
- Contact Builder (data model understanding, attribute groups, data extensions);
- Intelligence reports/Datorama (setting up & scheduling reports);
- Data Cloud (segment creation, segment activation into different platforms);
- Service Cloud knowledge and experience is a plus;
- Experience working as part of an SFMC delivery or project team;
- Understanding of data flows, subscriber management, and consent concepts;
- Familiarity with AMPscript is an advantage;
- Knowledge/exposure to Marketing Cloud Advanced (Next) is an advantage.
Operational and support experience:
- Experience working with both internal and external partners (agencies, designers, or brand teams);
- Exposure to support (in tech or in business), including escalation management;
- Exposure to complex environments;
- Ability to manage challenging stakeholders and set expectations.
Hard skills:
- Salesforce Admin, SFMC Email Specialist, or SFMC Consultant certifications are strong advantages (please provide a link to the certification);
- Knowledge of Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud Advanced (Next) is an advantage;
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SQL is an advantage;
- Understanding of support frameworks such as ITIL.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 30,800.00€ - 70,500.00€ per year
