At CORUS , an ALTEN company, we are looking for an AI Engineer to join our team for an international insurance project.

Location: Barcelona (1 day per week at the office).

You will:

- Design, build and own Python/FastAPI backend services and REST APIs, from first commit to production.
- Implement AI agent workflows that run inside real insurance processes.
- Integrate LLM capabilities into application features, including RAG pipelines, tool-calling agents and multi-agent systems.
- Connect and maintain integrations with internal and external data sources and third-party APIs.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features: you scope, build, ship and fix.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, your opinion matters here.
- Our stack: Python, FastAPI, React, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, MongoDB, REST APIs, Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker.

You should have:

- 2-4 years of professional experience building backend services. You have shipped production code and know what maintaining it means.
- Strong Python: you design service architectures, handle errors properly,



and write code other people can read.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices patterns, GIT workflows and docker.
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure or AWS).
- Fluent English (C1). All documentation, code reviews and stakeholder communication is in English.
