Your mission

Open doors with financial institutions worldwide and fuel our closing team with qualified meetings. Target: 50+ meetings per month with international clients.

What you'll do

Prospect money transfer operators, wallets, banks and fintechs by phone, email and LinkedIn.

Use Claude and our AI-powered sales stack every day to research accounts, personalise outreach and prepare every call.

Qualify leads and book discovery meetings for our closing team.

Keep the CRM (ClickUp) clean and up to date.

Help sharpen our AI-driven prospecting workflows.

Who you are

A born salesperson: competitive, driven by targets, energised by conversations.

Not afraid of cold calling: picking up the phone to a stranger is part of your daily routine, not a challenge.

Excellent speaker: clear, confident and convincing on the phone and in writing.





A fast learner: you absorb new knowledge quickly and enjoy mastering complex topics like payments, compliance and FX.

Tech-savvy and AI-native: you already use Claude, ChatGPT or similar tools and want to push them further.

0–2 years of experience in sales, business development or a commercial role. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Spanish native and fluent English. Portuguese or French is a strong plus.
