For the marketing team, this means working across a diverse portfolio of real estate and hospitality brands, with projects ranging from branding and visual identity to print, digital, web and large-format campaigns.

Role Description

We are looking for an ambitious and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team remotely and contribute to a wide range of creative projects across our portfolio.

As part of the design team, you will work closely with the Head of Graphic Design, collaborating with the Marketing team and Commercial Director on new and ongoing projects across the Mediterranean. From initial briefing through to final production, you will help ensure a consistent and considered visual approach across all materials.

The role combines day-to-day design production with creative development, with opportunities to manage tasks independently while receiving guidance and feedback along the way. You will also participate in brainstorms, stay informed about design trends, and help maintain a cohesive brand image.

What you will work on

- Collaborate with the Head of Graphic Design and wider marketing team to develop and refine creative work.
- Design a variety of marketing materials, from brochures and presentations to sales materials, campaign assets and other branded communications.
- Contribute to branding and visual identity projects, from initial concepts and development through to final applications.
- Apply and maintain consistent visual styles across different projects, brands and formats.
- Develop digital assets for websites, email marketing, social media and online campaigns.
- Create and apply branded email layouts for newsletters.
- Participate in creative development sessions, contributing ideas, visual references and design solutions.




- Prepare artwork for print and digital production, ensuring files meet required technical specifications.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, keeping work organised and communicating progress clearly with the team.
- Research visual references, design trends, materials, imagery, typography and creative approaches to support project development.
- Source and prepare appropriate imagery and other visual assets for use across different marketing materials.

What we are looking for

The adecuado candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design, a good eye for detail and the ability to take a brief and turn it into thoughtful, well-executed design work. We are looking for someone who is creative, organised, proactive and comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with others.

Essential requirements

- Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or a related field, or relevant professional experience.
- Confident working knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Good understanding of both print and digital design.
- Solid grasp of fundamental design principles, typography, colour theory, layout and visual hierarchy.
- An eye for thoughtful composition, detail and consistency.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks and work towards agreed deadlines.
- Curiosity, creative thinking and an interest in exploring different visual approaches.
- Proactive approach to work, with the ability to take initiative and solve design problems independently.
- Reliable, collaborative and communicative when working remotely, with a willingness to learn and receive constructive feedback.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Valid rights to work in Spain.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of relevant design projects. PDF preferred.

A plus

- Interest in branding, architecture, interiors, real estate or hospitality.
- Knowledge of Figma, PowerPoint and Mailchimp.
- Basic video editing and motion graphics skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools for image,



video or creative content generation.
- Experience with basic image retouching and image preparation.
- Knowledge of professional print production and artwork preparation.
- Spanish language skills.

The opportunity

This role will give you the opportunity to work on real commercial projects and see how design is developed and applied across an international real estate group.

You will gain hands-on experience across a broad range of design disciplines and applications.

You will receive direct guidance and creative feedback from our experienced Head of Graphic Design, with the opportunity to take ownership of projects and contribute to a wide range of creative work.

Practical details

Location: Remote position within Spain
Schedule: Full-time
Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:30–17:30; Friday, 8:30–15:00
Reporting to: Head of Graphic Design
Start date: To be agreed
