About the role





We're looking for a friendly, reliable, empathetic and organised person to join our Reception team.

Reception is the first point of contact for everyone coming into the College, so you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our students, patients, staff and visitors.

The role combines customer service, reception and administration, with responsibility for supporting the smooth running of our teaching and clinical spaces. You'll need to be confident dealing with people from all walks of life, comfortable managing competing priorities and happy to get involved in the practical things that help a small organisation run well.

Excellent IT skills are important, as is the ability to learn new systems quickly. Experience with a clinic booking system such as Cliniko would be useful, but isn't essential.

This is a job-share role, with the two post holders collectively providing
