Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for transport and logistics services through market reviews, competitive tenders, and supplier negotiations
- Build and maintain relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse partners to drive performance improvements and risk management
- Negotiate contracts, rate cards, and service level agreements; manage renewals and commercial terms
- Analyze spend data and cost models to identify savings opportunities and track value delivery
- Coordinate sourcing priorities across countries and functions to ensure smooth project execution and operational support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- Hands-on experience managing external suppliers including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
- Demonstrated experience in procurement, logistics, transportation, or supply chain with multi-country exposure
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze costs and translate data into recommendations
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or AI tools experience advantageous
- Fluent English; French language advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management and data-informed decision-making capabilities
