Edwards Lifesciences seeks a finance graduate for a 12-month temporary role at the Valencia plant in Spain. The position provides hands-on experience in financial operations, asset management, and procurement within a general medical technology manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage fixed asset activities including creation, activation, tracking, and documentation
- Review and support accounts payable entries and invoice processing accuracy
- Verify recurring expense invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Support month-end close activities including vendor accruals and expense reconciliations
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Procurement teams on financial processes

Requirements
- Recently completed bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Fluency in Spanish and English languages
- Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn finance systems
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Availability for 40 hours per week over 12 months
- Previous experience with Coupa, Concur, JDE, or similar finance tools preferred
