Johnson & Johnson seeks a Release Manager for Reporting & Analytics to manage reports, KPIs, and analytics across multiple integral releases within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA supply chain transformation program. The role ensures accurate data delivery, develops custom analytics, and coordinates deployment across diverse geographic locations.
Responsibilities
- Own deployment calendar for reports, KPIs, and analytics across multiple releases with defined scope and timelines
- Track operational metrics and provide insights to support business decision-making
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance across all reported information
- Develop and maintain custom analytics in S/4, coordinating UAT and stakeholder acceptance
- Lead hypercare activities and handover of reporting solutions to end users

Requirements




- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain
- 3+ years experience in SAP deployment or enterprise deployment roles
- Experience leading data reporting and business intelligence initiatives
- Understanding of SAP data structures and GxP, SOX, CSV, ALCOA+, GDPR compliance requirements
- Release management fundamentals including calendars, playbooks, rollback plans, and change management
- Experience supporting testing cycles SIT/BST/UAT
- Pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or regulated industry experience strongly preferred
