Eurofins seeks a Finance Controller for its Spanish subsidiary to manage accounting, financial planning, compliance, and audit coordination. The role requires reporting to the Finance Manager and ensuring alignment with group policies and local regulations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements and group financial policies
- Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits for assigned legal entities
- Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Payroll, and Purchasing departments on accounting matters
- Develop and implement process improvements and internal controls
- Analyze balance sheet and profit/loss statements; define and monitor KPIs

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CCA certificate preferred
- 3–4 years of financial and accounting planning experience
- 1–2 years of audit experience in a multinational organization
- Proficiency with balance sheet, cash flow, and profit/loss statement analysis
- Experience managing month-end closing processes
- AX2012 or Microsoft Navision knowledge; advanced Excel skills
- Fluent Spanish and English; COUPA system experience a plus
