Government Affairs & Policy internship with Johnson & Johnson in Madrid supporting healthcare policy analysis and stakeholder engagement. One-year full-time position starting January 2027, monitoring Spanish and European regulatory developments while developing expertise in public affairs within the pharmaceutical sector.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze healthcare, pharmaceutical, and regulatory policy developments at Spanish and European levels
- Prepare briefing materials, stakeholder maps, presentations, and reports for internal and external engagements
- Support coordination of meetings and events with policymakers, industry associations, and healthcare stakeholders
- Research and compile information on healthcare systems, innovation access, and public policy priorities




- Assist with internal communications and policy updates to inform the organization of relevant developments

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Master's program in Political Science, Government Affairs, European Studies, or related field
- Strong interest in EU affairs, public policy, and regulatory topics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with digital workplace technologies and collaboration tools
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
- Demonstrated accountability and reliability in delivering quality work

Compensation: €1,000 per month
