Responsibilities
- Disseminate scientific information about Johnson & Johnson oncology products to healthcare professionals
- Identify speakers, design, and organize medical talks and symposiums for physician audiences
- Analyze territorial needs and customer portfolio; develop and implement action plans as needed
- Track and report sales performance using CRM tools
- Attend congresses and medical events relevant to oncology products

Requirements
- University degree, preferably in health sciences or related field
- 0–2 years of professional experience
- Native or bilingual Spanish proficiency
- Advanced English (conversation, writing, reading)
- Valid driver's license
- Strong organizational and autonomous work capabilities
- Availability to travel within assigned territory

Compensation: €30,000–€48,645 base, plus annual performance bonus and sales commissions
