providing support for innovative medical technologies that help patients manage their health and stay connected with their healthcare teams.

Your responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support to patients and healthcare professionals through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Guide patients through the setup, use, and troubleshooting of remote monitoring and neuromodulation devices, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Build trusted relationships with customers by providing clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented support.
- Educate and train patients and healthcare professionals on Boston Scientific technologies and best practices.
- Partner with clinics to improve remote patient management processes.
