What You Will Do

At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to people — our clients, their customers, our teams, our community, and our planet. As a Customer Service Representative, you will:




- Provide with accurate information to our customer.
- Logging and follow up of correct and Valid Orders or requests.
- Delivery of high caliber Customer Service on Post-Sales requisitions (Logistics, warranties, refunds...).
- Capturing of all required data elements in CRM as required by client’s training, policies and procedures.

Your Qualifications
- Are proficient or bilingual in Danish + advanced English
- Excellent communication skills in a variety of customer facing situations.
- Good team player with drive for success.
- Previous experience in similar position is a plus.
