The DPD Personnel Services Support employees perform a diverse range of office support, intermediate to advanced level administrative support or technical program assistance in disseminating information for a variety of functions, divisions, or departments for the DPD employees, both sworn and civilian employees.

Essential Functions:
- Process new hires, lateral moves, reappointments, reinstatements.




- Performs a variety of advanced administrative functions.
- Input employee data into the HRIS systems of the organization, including IWM, Workday and Service Now.
- Responds to inquiries regarding rules, regulations, policies, and procedures; provides excellent customer service.
- Coordinates, organizes, and facilitates meetings for department or division; assists in coordinating work and various projects between units of the department.
- Process employee data changes and employment actions such as transfers, promotions, demotions, retirement, resignations and terminations of employment.
- Process PARs(Personnel Action Requests ) , both for sworn employees of the DPD and for civilian employees, including updating PARs for special pay transactions. These include typical , promotion and BID PARs.
