In this role, you'll Lead day‑to‑day communication with hotel clients, providing performance updates, strategic recommendations, and actionable insights. Plan and oversee digital media campaigns across search, display, video, and social platforms, collaborating with analysts and internal stakeholders. Present campaign results and translate data into clear business recommendations aligned with client goals. Monitor and optimize campaign performance using tools such as Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads,



Display & Video 360, and Meta Business Manager. Use analytics and reporting tools to identify trends, troubleshoot performance issues, and drive continuous improvement. Stay informed about hospitality market trends, travel demand, and emerging digital opportunities. Contribute to client retention and growth through proactive strategy reviews and renewal support.
About the adecuado candidate
3–4 years of experience in digital media or performance marketing, ideally in a client‑facing or agency environment.
Proficiency in key digital platforms such as Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Display & Video 360, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Microsoft Advertising.
Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify optimization opportunities, and draw meaningful business insights.
