For an international and fast-growing company specialising in professional mobile heating, cooling and power solutions, we are looking for a Customer Care & Solutions Specialist to join the team
The Role
- Managing customer and dealer enquiries by phone, email and ticketing systems
- Taking full ownership of cases and ensuring they are followed through to resolution
- Identifying issues, defining next steps and coordinating the appropriate actions
- Providing customers with clear and timely communication throughout the process
- Handling orders, deliveries, invoices, order changes and webshop-related enquiries
- Providing first-line technical support on product use, maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Assessing whether issues can be resolved remotely or require technical intervention
- Coordinating with service partners and dealers when required




- Supporting internal Sales and other teams with customer and order-related topics
- Working with ERP and ticketing systems and maintaining accurate case documentation
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of Customer Care processes and ways of working

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, structured and solution-oriented, and who enjoys combining customer interaction with technical problem-solving.
You have:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Care or a similar customer-facing role
- A practical technical understanding, ideally within a mechanical, industrial or basic electrical environment
- The ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously in a structured way
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A reliable and proactive approach, with a strong sense of ownership
- Experience with an ERP or ticketing system is a plus
- Spanish, Italian and English are required
