Job Summary

ONLINE and SUMMER EFL TEACHER Teach with MLA year-round

Join MLA online and continue the journey with your students in person in summer

At Move Language Ahead (MLA), we build long-term relationships with our teachers, not just individual courses. Our year-round Get Ready programme allows you to start teaching students online before they travel, then continue their journey with them in person at our summer schools in the UK or USA.

MLA provides high-quality English language and educational programmes for students aged 11-18, welcoming thousands of learners from around the world each year. Our programmes combine English language learning with activities, excursions and cultural experiences at destinations across the UK and USA.

As an MLA teacher, you can benefit from:
- A fixed online timetable and guaranteed teaching hours
- A full-time summer position with competitive rates and all meals and accommodation included for residential staff
- Paid training and ongoing professional development
- Opportunities to develop academic management experience

- What makes MLA different is that the student experience starts up to eight months before departure, with online Get Ready lessons. We are looking for teachers who want to be part of that journey and build meaningful, continuous relationships with their students.

Please note: Candidates who are interested and eligible to join one of our summer centres in summer 2027, particularly those with experience teaching Cambridge examination classes, will be given priority consideration.

Teachers MUST be available Monday to Friday from 15.30 to 20.00 CET (Central European Time). Unfortunately, we don't have any part time positions available.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Online teachers will be assigned to one of our three programmes: General English, Cambridge Exam Preparation or Work Skills, according to their experience and the needs of the programme.
