Задачи
- Own performance for key Live Mini Games and develop a deep understanding of player behavior, engagement, and business outcomes
- Identify opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis and translate insights into clear product actions
- Build and manage a pipeline of A/B tests and live optimizations, defining hypotheses, KPIs, and success criteria
- Lead performance readouts and turn learnings into broader strategies and best practices across the Mini Games portfolio
- Optimize gameplay, balancing, rewards, pacing, and other live levers to improve player experience and performance
- Prioritize opportunities independently and drive initiatives from hypothesis through execution, measurement, and iteration
- Partner with Analytics, Data Science, Economy, Game Design, Production, Engineering,



and Live Operations
- Act as a product expert for areas of ownership and communicate performance, insights, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Help raise the performance, experimentation, and analytical rigor of the wider team
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, ideation, research, documentation, and everyday product workflows
- Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve understanding of players, Live Mini Games optimization, and portfolio operations
- Experiment with emerging AI capabilities and help establish effective AI-enabled ways of working across the team
